Geweldig boek. Townsend kan gezien worden als de grondlegger voor hedendaags leiderschap. Echter nog te veel organisaties hanteren methodes waarvan 50 jaar geleden al gezegd werd dat ze niet werken. Wil je echt aan de slag met je organisatie dan is dit een "must-read".
