Thomas Michael Bower (geboren 28 september 1946) is een Britse schrijver die bekend staat om zijn onderzoeksjournalistiek en om zijn ongeautoriseerde biografieën, vaak van zakenmagnaten en kranteneigenaren.
Zijn boeken bevatten ongeautoriseerde biografieën van Robert Maxwell, Mohamed Al-Fayed, Conrad Black, Richard Branson, Jeremy Corbyn en Boris Johnson. Een boek over Richard Desmond blijft ongepubliceerd. Zijn boek, Broken Dreams: Vanity, Greed and the Souring of British Football, won in 2003 het William Hill Sports Book of the Year.
